And this is not surprising, because numerous competitors have begun to actively copy the design of the headphones. And now AirPods 3 are very similar to the Pro version, but the difference in price is noticeable.
And the first thing you need to remember here is the statement about support for MagSafe wireless charging and Dolby Atmos technology, and it’s worth mentioning the presence of an adaptive equalizer that adjusts frequencies based on the environment. As for the basics, the headphones are powered by the H1 chip.
That is, the new accessory is close in appearance to the Pro version. But sound quality plays an important role, which is worth understanding.

If we talk about the box, it is no different from previous models, still compact, in a minimalist style. And on the front side there is a relief image of the headphones.

Appearance
In fact, the design changes affected not only the headphones, but also the case. And here, too, there are similarities with Pro. The accessory has become slightly wider in width and the lid opens along the long side.
There is a special LED indicator on the front side, while on the back there is a button to connect the headphones to a PC, tablet or smartphone. Of course, there is a charging connector at the bottom.
Another feature is that the case also has fast wireless charging.
As for the headphones themselves, the Pro model is the basis. The height of the legs is no different, and the touch buttons are located the same. The shape of the drop is different here; it is more elongated and slightly flattened, which ensures deep and reliable placement.
But now it is not clear whether the length will be enough to ensure that the headphones do not fall out during use. Moreover, there are no silicone attachments that would help with this.
Although those users who managed to test this model already say that there are simply no problems, even with active movement. And in fact, this modification is even more convenient.
Autonomous operation
The manufacturer says that AirPods 3 last longer than their predecessors. Here you can listen to music for 6 hours, but the test results were even better.
Sound
Even with numerous tests on different tracks and environments, we can say that AirPods 3 are the best. Of course, the predecessors are also good, but in terms of sound quality, this option is the best. And it’s worth adding the presence of the Dolby Atmos standard.
